Since 2019, Liquid has collaborated with the Department of Health and Aged Care to create My Aged Care, a gateway to access aged care information and government-funded aged care services for older Australians, their families, and carers.

Over 2024 and 2025, My Aged Care has been updated to comply with updated policies and legislation. This meant not only a major update to 250+ content pages, but also provided an opportunity to give the entire site an overhaul. The site’s UX and information heirarchy was polished, including the creation of a number of new tools for users to get the information they needed quicker and easier.

During both periods, I was a part of the content team, working with the Department and Liquid to create pages on a variety of topics within the site.
